My goal is to be a facilitator in the advancement of my clients well-being and "whole health." I want to assist my clients in reducing stress and pain, and to feel better again.
The integration of Complimentary Alternative Medicine is growing as physicians all over the world are prescribing this holistic approach for their patients.
I do what I do because, let's face it, massage feels really good! Compassionate touch as well as working those muscle knots out make us feel lighter, happier, and more productive in our lives. I love that I have talent in this area, and that I can work on any person, any age, and assist them in their own healing -- they really are the ones doing the work, their body is ready to feel better.
Re-entering this career that I have loved so long is exciting. After practicing in Wisconsin and California for 10 years it is good to be helping people here in Oregon to feel less stressed, more relaxed and feeling better physically.
My hobbies and interests are: running, hiking, bicycling, geocaching, being with my family and black lab, reading and watching movies and adventure racing.
